Caroline Kim
Caroline Kim is an arts leader, passionate about storytelling and cross-cultural collaboration. She serves as a Board Member at the Seattle Documentary Association, bringing fresh perspectives to the table to empower nonfiction storytellers.
Caroline is pursuing an MFA in Arts Leadership at Seattle University, focusing on leadership as a creative practice that intersects with arts and advocacy. Her diverse professional background spans from working with nonprofits, conducting ODA, to international experiences having lived in five different countries: China, Fiji, South Korea, Singapore, and the United States.
Currently, she works at Tasveer as a Program Manager, where she supports South Asian storytellers through a range of initiatives, including the Tasveer Film Festival, the world’s only Oscar-qualifying South Asian Film Festival.
