Doctober, the largest documentary festival in the Northwest, is returning to the Pickford Film Center in Bellingham October 5 - 26. SeaDoc is partnering with Doctober to present Richland on Sunday, October 15, at 3:45 pm. The film takes us to Richland, Washington, a town built to house Hanford nuclear site workers. Director Irene Lusztig will be in attendance for the Q&A after the screening.

Doctober features a mouthwatering buffet of over 35 documentary films, several with ties to local filmmakers like A Song Film by Kishi Bashi: “Omoiyari”, Plan C, and Even Hell Has Its Heroes. Many presentations feature special guests, filmmakers, pre-screening receptions, and guided group discussions. We would love to see you there!
